Cochinita pibil tacos, marinated red tuna toasts with guacamole, jalapeños and lime-cilantro mayo, scallop ceviche served in lime halves, and totopos with payoyo cheese and pico de gallo are just a few of the dishes made for sharing, savouring, and enjoying with no rush.

Then come the Sunset Beats with Jordi Ruz on Tuesdays—pure rhythm that brushes the sky. Thursdays are for Tequila & Beats by Patrón, a full sensory experience with live congas and bold flavours. On Fridays, DJ Pepino Marino takes us back to the 80s with charisma and unapologetic energy. Weekends are all about the Escondido DJ Sessions, the perfect soundtrack for golden-hour lounging. Every sunset marks the beginning of something magical.
