At Escondido, the menu takes guests on a culinary journey from Mexico to Baja California, where vibrant flavours meet the freshness and quality of Mediterranean ingredients. Designed for sharing and lingering over, each dish is made to complement Marbella's unforgettable sunsets.

From cochinita pibil tacos and marinated red tuna tostadas with guacamole, jalapeños, and lime and coriander mayonnaise to scallop ceviche served in half a lime and totopos topped with Payoyo cheese and pico de gallo, every dish is crafted to be shared, savoured, and enjoyed.

At Escondido, every cocktail tells a story and every sip is a sensory ritual inspired by Aztec mythology.

Explore a repertoire of original, refined creations like the Quetzal Blaze, a floral tiki with Oaxacan rum and passion fruit; Xocome, a fruity explosion inspired by the goddess of pleasure; or Ah Mun, with Patrón tequila, tepache and ginger. These drinks are more than cocktails—they're sunset offerings.

Alongside these signature mixes, you’ll find Mexican-inspired classics: Margaritas, Palomas, the surprising Espresso Mexican, plus a carefully selected collection of tequilas, mezcals and raicillas for the purists.

At Escondido, our rooftop becomes an open-air cinema where iconic films, gourmet popcorn and signature cocktails come together with endless Mediterranean views.

Every Monday in August at 10:00 PM and Wednesday in September at 9:00 PM.

DJ Sessions

As the sun sets, Escondido comes alive. From Thursday to Sunday, enjoy resident DJs, signature cocktails and stunning Mediterranean views. On selected Fridays, DJ Pepino Marino headlines with a set inspired by the electronic sounds of the '80s.
